3) What’s the Payment Term?
It’s 30% of invoice value before drawings. Then 70% balance before delivery to you.

 

4) What’s the lead time?
Our standard processing time is around 15 to 21 days from the date of deposit. Please keep in mind that the confirmation of drawings and photos may cause some variation in the timeline.

 

5) Do you provide customized service?
Sure, you can send us sketch then we will do drawings for your confirmation and send photos through production. After your approval, then we ship the goods.
